Meteora is one of the top pilgrimage destinations in the Orthodox Christian world. Of the 24 monasteries rising on the rocks, six remain, one of which is a women's monastery. It is also a center of attraction in terms of religious tourism and climbing. Seeing priests shopping for bells and taking photos with sunglasses reminds us that they are also from this world.
The people, as always, are worried about their livelihood.
And in Thessaloniki, the revolutionaries are nearing the end of their action preparations.
